2. From my experience, keep in mind that 80% or more of the cheap cars need to be rebuilt but you might try looking towards southern Missouri on craigslist and down in that Arkansas area's.
3. You should check ebay auto. You can go to a special section they have for classic autos. They come in all price ranges.
